Rice Hill - Sledding and Ice Skating

Located off to the North side of Taughannock State Park in Trumansburg, NY. Rice Hill is a great hill for wintertime sledding. It also has two ponds for ice skating and a warming hut with wood stove. The hill is fairly long which leads to great sledding runs. There are also several "Multi-use trails" that allow for snow shoeing, hiking or cross-country skiing. You can get to Rice Hill either by way of Route 89 or Route 96. Just follow signs for Taughannock Falls State Park.
